I provide telehealth counseling for adults and older teens who are seeking support, healing, and personal growth. I am trained in Lifespan Integration, a gentle therapeutic approach that helps clients process difficult experiences and move forward with greater confidence and well-being. I have experience working with addiction, trauma, and abuse, while also helping individuals navigate life's challenges when they feel stuck or disconnected from their goals. I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients can work toward becoming their healthiest and most authentic selves.
